The Launchpad Business Grant is a marketing support initiative provided by MarketingAid for eligible small businesses in Duval and St. Johns Counties, Florida. The grant provides selected businesses with digital marketing services at no cost.
3. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Launchpad Grant, applicants must:
- Be an actively operating small business
- Have a valid Employer Identification Number (EIN)
- Be located in Duval or St. Johns County, Florida
- Be committed to improving their online presence and digital marketing
4. Application Process
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. All applications are reviewed by our team, and selections are made at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation from applicants.
5. Grant Services
Selected grant recipients will receive marketing services as determined by MarketingAid. The specific services provided may vary based on the needs of each business and available resources. Services may include but are not limited to: website development, SEO, branding, advertising, and social media management.
6. Recipient Obligations
Grant recipients agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in their application
- Cooperate with MarketingAid in the delivery of services
- Provide necessary business information and assets as requested
- Respond to communications in a timely manner
7. Intellectual Property
All materials created as part of the grant services remain the property of the grant recipient unless otherwise specified. MarketingAid reserves the right to use anonymized case studies and testimonials for promotional purposes with recipient consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
MarketingAid and the Launchpad Grant program shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service or any services provided under the grant.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
